When I first considered purchasing a house, I was very overwhelmed with how little I knew about the process. I chose Seth Parker as my realtor partly because he was a familiar face from my gym, and partly because when I asked for a recommendation on my gym’s Facebook page, his wife was the first one to respond ;). From the beginning, Seth was very patient with me and made sure I understood every step of the process. He never pressured me into purchasing when viewing houses - even after looking at what seemed like the 20th house. He was always straight forward with me and realistic, which I appreciated. Once I found the perfect house, the inspection and closing process turned out to be a bit more involved than I had time for with my demanding schedule at work. Seth completely took over, arranging and meeting with contractors to give repair quotes on the house. He really made it a breeze, and without him being so hands-on, there’s no way I’d be living in my house right now. I loved getting to work with Seth because he is so passionate about his work and he will go above and beyond for his clients. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and I will always use Seth Parker as my realtor for as long as he’s in business!
